Schitt’s Creek:
This is a Canadian television sitcom created by Dan and Eugene Levy which is about a formerly wealthy Rose family and the trials and tribulations which follow after they lose their fortune at the hands of their business manager. Forcing them to relocate to Schitt’s Creek, a small town they once purchased as a joke. Now living in a motel, Johnny Rose (Eugene Levy) and Moira Rose (Catherine O’Hara)—along with their adult children, David (Dan Levy) and Alexis (Annie Murphy). They must adjust to life without money, luxury, and with each other. The conflict increases further on as getting in a tussle with the more provincial residents of Schitt’s Creek, including mayor Roland Schitt (Chris Elliott), his wife Jocelyn (Jenn Robertson), and the motel’s manager Stevie Budd (Emily Hampshire).

The story centers around a young orphan who is yearning for love and acceptance and to make a place in this world. The series starring Amybeth McNulty Anne, a 13-year-old girl who has gone through an abusive childhood in orphanages and the homes of strangers. In the late 1890’s, Anne fortunately by mistake is sent to Prince Edward Island to live with aging siblings, Marilla and Matthew Cuthbert where she transforms their lives and everyone around with her creative and smart approach coupled with her lively attitude.
Kim’s Convenience:
This is one series that will give you a belly laugh. It is a sitcom depicting the life of a Korean Canadian Kim family which runs a convenience store in the Moss Park neighborhood of Toronto. The series has also won many awards over the years. The series is based on Ins Choi’s 2011 play of the same name. In addition to this, you can have a visit to the real Kim’s Convenience store.
Trailer Park Boys:
The trailer park is a series which is about three residents Ricky, Bubbles, and Julian which live at Nova Scotia’s trailer parks and plan together to make some quick money through petty crimes and get-rich-quick schemes which end up in hilarious disasters and misadventures. Along the way, they are also constantly hunted and nagged by their former trailer park supervisor, Jim Lahey. Owing to the success of this series there have also been three films released based on the comedic series.
Rookie Blue:
As the name suggests this TV series revolves around the lives of rookie cops who just got out of the academy at Toronto’s 15th division. The police officers struggle to compete with the harshon-the-job reality and dealing with crimes and situations they have not been abundantly trained for.
