Made with Bloom gin, fennel fronds and berries, this lulls you into thinking it’s pink lemonade, with distinctly non-alcoholic flavours of citrus and anise. 25ml lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup (1 to 1)
1 stem wild fennel
Raspberry & blueberry, 1 each
A fennel stem & lemon wedge for garnish.
Muddle solids in a shaker, add other ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
